Senior Living Property Inspector (OHP Compliance) Responsibilities

• Perform third‑party electrical, mechanical, architectural, structural, plumbing, and fire safety building inspections
• Inspect foundations, concrete slabs, framing, roofing, and related construction activity
• Review plans and determine whether permitted design plans require revisions; provide recommendations to contractors, engineers, and/or architects
• Prepare and submit daily time and inspection/field reports in accordance with ECS policy
• Market our services by maintaining and developing client interactions and participating in business development and marketing functions related to construction inspections
• Follow ECS safety procedures and policies

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2 years of experience in code compliance inspection of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• NCP CCI commercial certification in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing required
• Certifications are required for all types of testing performed
• Additional licenses or certifications may be required depending on the state in which you work
• Extensive knowledge of state and local building code regulations, policies, and procedures
• If driving for or on behalf of any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver's license is required
