Origis Energy is looking for a Senior Manager of Procurement to join our growing team. This person will lead supplier relationships, market intelligence, and commercial negotiations for BESS, PV Modules, or High Voltage Equipment, and help navigate strategy, market conditions and make sourcing recommendations for our renewable business. The position represents Origis at trade shows, builds relationships with suppliers and industry leaders, and maintains a strategy roadmap for negotiations and terms associated with storage and solar projects.

The Senior Manager Procurement reports to the Senior Director of Procurement and is a full‑time position eligible for our generous employee benefits package, including employer‑paid health insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions, and other benefits.

• Manage the Request for Proposal (RFP) process for PV modules, energy storage equipment, and HV equipment; analyze bid results and compile bid evaluations.
• Lead analysis and evaluation of supplier product options and make recommendations for supplier and product selections, including quantifying and managing contractual risk.
• Negotiate and contract equipment and service transactions for projects and support the interdisciplinary team across legal, finance, development, operations, technical and other personnel.
• Negotiate and execute master agreements, service agreements and purchase orders to support company projects. Create forward‑looking reports projecting price and technology roadmaps.
• Assist with the project’s financial close process, providing copies of requested contracts (and exhibits) and compiling responses from OEMs and interdisciplinary teams to independent engineering questions.
• Monitor and evaluate the risk of geopolitical and regulatory initiatives that impact the supply chain and develop mitigation and/or contingency procurement strategies.
• Synthesize market intelligence with internally gathered intelligence to perform forecasts for major equipment.
