Pay Range: $32 - $36/hour. Employee benefits include health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for hands-on maintenance, repair, calibration, and validation of new and existing test equipment.
- Responds to production line test equipment issues affecting output, yield, or end product quality.
- Identifies and provides enhancements to test equipment to support existing or new manufacturing operations.
- Under minimum supervision, will initiate or implement changes to existing test equipment to support improvements in cost, methods, quality, or to address material support/obsolescence issues.
- This includes test and validation activity and updating equipment documentation.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Skills:
Test Equipment, Assemblies & Electrical Systems, PCBs. - Interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Reverse engineer mechanical fixturing.
- Service existing test equipment.
- Provide inputs for ongoing improvements for test equipment.
