Job Description
National TAB Intelligence is a high‑performing certified test, adjust, and balance (TAB) & Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) company. We perform HVAC balancing for our clients throughout the United States. We are looking for a Testing & Balancing Field Engineer to service the Miami, FL area with periodic national outreach. All new associates will be based in the Miami area with some opportunity to travel the USA in a wide and varied number of settings.
The majority of the first 3 months of training will take place in central Florida
, and throughout the U.S. After this training period, the position will be based in the Miami area with some travel still required.
- Engineering degree or Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET) (or similar) preferred
- Excellent math, mechanical, and communication skills
- Efficient computer skills
- Willingness to travel Monday–Thursday (4‑day work week) an average 1–2 weeks per month
- Can grow with National TAB! and obtain NEBB certification

Recent graduates from engineering technology programs (or similar programs) start with a base hourly rate with opportunity to earn additional quarterly bonuses & continuous growth. Candidates with experience have an opportunity for higher starting compensation.
