We are seeking a motivated and experienced Roadway Project Manager to join our team in Florida
. In this role, you’ll oversee and manage roadway and highway design projects across the state, with focus on FDOT Districts 4, 5, and 6 and Florida Turnpike Enterprise initiatives. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop innovative, sustainable solutions that enhance transportation networks and mobility.

• Serve as Project Manager for highway and bridge design projects, including operational and safety improvements.
• Lead technical teams in developing solutions to complex roadway design challenges with innovation and ingenuity.
• Provide technical expertise by formulating and developing advanced design concepts, techniques, and standards.
• Ensure effective utilization of engineering personnel while maintaining high technical quality standards.
• Collaborate with business development and marketing teams to secure new projects and expand client relationships, particularly within FDOT Districts 4, 5, and 6 and Florida Turnpike Enterprise

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
• Florida Professional Engineer (P.E.) License with the ability to serve as Engineer of Record (EOR)
• Extensive post-graduate experience in transportation and highway engineering, including the management of roadway design projects
• Proven experience working with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT), with emphasis on Districts 4, 5, and 6, and Florida Turnpike Enterprise (FTE) projects
• Demonstrated success in leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex roadway projects that meet FDOT standards
• Strong understanding of FDOT processes, design criteria, and project development procedures across multiple districts
