Job Title: Structural Engineer

Location: West Palm Beach or Miami, FL (33126)

Summary:

Client is an award-winning structural engineering firm known for high-impact and technically complex building projects. This role offers the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment where you’ll design landmark structures, develop multi-material expertise, and grow quickly under strong mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design structural systems for complex buildings using concrete, steel, masonry, and post-tensioned materials.
• Perform structural inspections, field visits, and on-site investigations; prepare proper documentation.
• Use structural analysis/modeling tools such as RAM
  , ETABS
  , and related software.
• Prepare and review calculations, drawings, and construction documents.
• Produce high-quality Revit Structure drawings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Work closely with senior engineers on design, detailing, and solving technical challenges.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams, clients, and project partners.
• Support a quality-focused, innovative, and learning-oriented engineering culture.

Required Experience &

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of structural engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus (not mandatory).
• PE license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience with RAM, ETABS
  , or similar structural analysis tools.
• Working experience in Revit Structure
  .
• Experience designing new buildings in the U.S. preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, and ready to take responsibility.
