Boeing Global Services (BGS) has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Technical Training Specialist (Customer Training Delivery) to support multiple current and future Boeing programs.
We are hiring for a Career or Expert level in Miami, FL.
Training Responsibilities- Identify and define customer technical training needs and requirements.
- Develop technical training proposals.
- Evaluate and determine training objectives, content, design, and technologies.
- Use specialized software to research, develop, and modify new and existing media and materials.
- Prepare lesson plans and instruct participants.
- Research, develop, deliver, and evaluate effectiveness of standard technical training.
- Support developing and documenting training standards and specifications.
- Prepreg and wet layup composite sandwich repair (preparation, bagging, curing – hot bonder).
- Composite damage removal including taper sanding.
- Experience interpreting commercial technical data including drawings, maintenance and operations manuals, and Boeing Structural Repair manuals.
- Some experience conducting technical training and/or performing instructional system development.
- Training development.
- Composite non‑destructive testing.
- Composite material ordering and storage.
- Composite repair lab development and maintenance.
- Software skill – PowerPoint.
Career (Level
3):
Typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g., Bachelor) and 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination.
Expert (Level
4):
Typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g., Bachelor) and 9 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination.
The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Pay is based on experience and qualifications.
Summary Pay Range (Career – Level
3): $77,350 – $104,650
Summary Pay Range (Career – Level
4): $96,050 – $129,950
Location:
100% onsite at the Miami, FL campus, 1st shift.
Relocation:
Position offers relocation based on eligibility.
