• 7+ years of mechanical engineering experience in the AEC industry
• Demonstrated expertise in HVAC system design and building mechanical systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proficiency with Computer‑Aided Design (CAD) and relevant mechanical design software
• Strong communication, time management, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work on‑site full time in Miami, FL

• PE (Professional Engineer) license or progress toward licensure
• Prior experience in aviation, healthcare, or education sector projects
• Familiarity with LEED or sustainable design practices

• Lead mechanical design for aviation, healthcare, educational, and commercial buildings
• Collaborate with internal project teams including engineers, project managers, and directors
• Produce high‑quality CAD drawings and system layouts for HVAC and mechanical systems
• Ensure technical accuracy and code compliance in all engineering deliverables
