We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Structural Engineer to lead building design projects across South Florida’s fast-growing urban, coastal, and high-rise markets. This role is ideal for an engineer who excels in technical design, client coordination, and project leadership—someone who can drive innovative, resilient solutions tailored to Miami’s unique environmental and code requirements.

• Lead structural design for commercial, residential, mixed-use, and high-rise building projects.
• Develop and review structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and design reports.
• Oversee junior engineers and coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and contractors.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and client expectations from concept through construction.
• Perform site visits, structural assessments, and construction administration tasks.
• Ensure designs comply with Florida Building Code, Miami‑Dade requirements, and all relevant standards.
• Present technical findings and serve as a primary point of contact for clients and permitting agencies.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Civil / Structural Engineering.
• Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 8+ years of structural engineering experience with a focus on building design.
• Proficiency with structural analysis / design software (ETABS, SAFE, RAM, RISA, Revit, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of reinforced concrete, steel, masonry, and foundations, including coastal / wind load design.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
