Manufacturing/Process Engineer I | Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, Miami, FL
Join Beckman Coulter Diagnostics as a Manufacturing/Process Engineer I and help ensure quality meets desired standards, compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives through Danaher’s Business System.
Responsibilities- Solve technical issues and delays in production by driving to root cause.
- Develop, enhance, maintain, and implement manufacturing methods, techniques, processes, and tooling on fabricated parts, components, subassemblies, and final products.
- Coordinate the implementation of changes, product enhancements/revisions, and new product launches to ensure a smooth transition to the production floor, meeting all quality and validation requirements.
- Participate in Kaizen and process improvement events using Danaher Business System tools.
- Strong analytical skills and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues on electromechanical devices and systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 0–2 years of experience or Master’s degree in a related field with 0–2 years of experience (engineering degrees in mechanical or electrical preferred).
- Experience in manufacturing environments, particularly hardware.
- Experience in regulated industries (e.g., FDA, ISO).
