BCC Engineering, a Parsons Company is looking for an amazingly talented Civil Engineering Designer to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning and design of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects while working closely with licensed engineers and multidisciplinary project teams.

• Working under the supervision of a licensed engineer, analyze and prepare designs, calculations and drawings for a wide range of public and private sector projects including water, wastewater, and stormwater systems.
• Use appropriate project management software to track project tasks and timelines, ensuring timely completion of project stages in accordance with the project schedule.
• Approach tasks with an open mindset; propose innovative solutions to design problems.
• Prepare engineering reports and contract documents for review by a licensed engineer.
• May track and provide initial review tasks of technicians or designers.
• Responsible for managing timely completion of multiple assigned tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members and internal design groups; external communication as required on assigned tasks.
• Effectively present proposed design solutions as part of internal project meetings; may attend and contribute to presentations with external parties.
• Adhere to company marketing requirements by providing timely resume updates and participating in marketing campaigns.
• Ensure timely completion of time sheets and expense reports.
• Take ownership of personal career development by seeking and providing feedback, seizing opportunities to develop new skills, and setting and pursuing personal goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3+ years of related work experience.

• Engineer-in-Training (EIT).

Salary Range: $62,300.00 – $
