This opportunity entails being under moderate supervision, performing scheduling assignments requiring knowledge of scheduling principles, building and maintaining schedules for projects, monitoring and reporting on status, analyzing schedules and associated changes for key risk areas and milestones impact.

Generally, you will work on mid‑sized projects or may work under guidance on larger, more complex projects.

• Develop moderately complex schedules, maintain project schedules with progress updates, revise forecasts, and evaluate impact of delay. Communicate status of schedule and key risk areas to members of the project management team.
• Perform schedule analysis to include critical activities, risk areas, key milestones, and significant changes to schedule. Develop "what‑if" scenarios to explore alternate sequencing to mitigate or avoid schedule delays.
• Prepare reporting from schedules including EVA analysis, integration of cost & schedule.
• Perform contemporaneous schedule analysis.
• Perform detailed review of contractor schedule submittals, including baseline and progress updates.
• Research project documentation relating to claim data, including project correspondence and inspection diaries.
• Analyze contract documents/construction documents (plans and specifications) to translate scope of work, milestones, contract time, and/or construction phasing and sequencing into the schedule.
• Assist project team in planning the work, including developing WBS, estimating durations, and sequencing the work (hard restraints and soft restraints).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Business and 3 years relevant experience, or
• In lieu of education, 7 years relevant experience.

• AACE Certified Scheduling Technician (CST) or equivalent.
• Experience preparing and/or reviewing project schedules using commercially available scheduling software.
