We are currently seeking a Senior Project Scheduler for our Miami Signature Bridge project, in Miami, FL.

• Develop a baseline schedule while coordinating with project management, superintendents, and subcontractors.
• Use best practices and scheduling software to implement, maintain, and analyze the project schedule, including coding and loading of resources, costs, general sequencing information, and critical path analysis.
• Manage all project controls to assess risk and apply best practices and standards. Recommend changes to established processes and prepare complex risk and impact assessments of any schedule changes, presenting them to the project team.
• Analyze all changes to the project schedule and their impact on cost and timeline. Ensure version control.
• Document, analyze, and review all project change orders and delays, communicating the impact on timeline and cost.
• Lead all project scheduling meetings, ensuring appropriate representation of project management. Prepare detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports and ensure distribution to appropriate staff.
• Forecast and manage the project budget and its relationship to the project schedule.
• Track all baselines, perform complicated what‑if scenarios, and develop contingency plans.
• Act as an experienced resource for claims and mitigations.
• Produce complex modeling and ensure the scheduling system meets all project needs.

• Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree preferred.
• 6‑10 years of project scheduling experience.
• Primavera experience required (P6 preferred).
• Strong understanding of baseline schedule, progress schedule, recovered schedule, total float, critical path, predecessors, successors, near‑critical paths, float trending, percent complete, float ownership, and constraints.
• Claim experience required.
• Time impact analysis experience required.
• Significant multi‑tasking abilities and solution‑based thinking are essential.
• Ability to make confident, timely, and fact‑based decisions on a broad range of resources.
• Demonstrated multi‑tasking experience working in large teams and solving complex problems.
• Some travel required.
