Structural Engineer (5-10 Years  Experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a mid-level Structural Engineer with 5-10 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a diverse portfolio of complex projects, including high-rise towers, mixed-use developments, institutional facilities, healthcare environments, cultural spaces, and adaptive reuse projects. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, brings technical excellence, and demonstrates creativity in delivering structural solutions that balance efficiency, constructability, and architectural vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the structural design and coordination of building projects from concept through construction.

  • Develop and review structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and design reports.

  • Collaborate closely with architects, developers, contractors, and consultants to integrate structural systems seamlessly with design intent.

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design staff.

  • Perform analyses in a variety of structural systems and materials, including steel, reinforced/prestressed concrete, hybrid systems, and emerging technologies (e.g., mass timber, modular construction).

  • Address specialized design considerations such as wind, seismic, vibration, motion mitigation, and constructability.

  • Conduct peer reviews and value engineering exercises to optimize performance and cost efficiency.

  • Support construction administration by reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs, and conducting site visits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.

  • 5-10 years of relevant structural engineering experience, preferably in building design.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license required (or ability to obtain within one year).

  • Strong technical background in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, RAM, SAP
    2000, Revit).

  • Proven experience on complex mid- to large-scale building projects across multiple sectors.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

  • Demonstrated leadership potential and an eagerness to contribute to innovative design solutions.
