Site Civil Engineer

I’m working with a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy looking to appoint an experienced Project Civil Engineer / Project Manager in their Miami or Fort Lauderdale offices.

The role will involve:

• Leading land development and infrastructure projects from planning through permitting and construction documents
• Managing site layout, grading, drainage, utilities and erosion control design
• Overseeing project budgets, schedules and client communication
• Preparing proposals, technical reports and specifications
• Mentoring junior engineers and supporting team growth
• Developing and maintaining client relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer license
• 6+ years of site/civil land development experience
• Knowledge of South Florida permitting and land-use regulations
• Strong project management, client-facing and leadership skills
• Experience delivering multidisciplinary projects from concept through completion
