Your Role, Your Impact Lead on-site testing and commissioning activities ensuring scalability and compliance with system integration standards.

Collaborate with design, validation, and operations teams to align test procedures and resolve interface issues efficiently.

Ensure reliability through rigorous functional and performance testing using diagnostic tools and data analysis platforms.

Drive innovation by implementing digital testing methods and continuous improvement initiatives across commissioning processes.

Promote knowledge sharing by documenting lessons learned and mentoring junior engineers in testing methodologies.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring Proficiency in using test management tools such as ALSTOM Test Management System (ATMS) or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of signaling systems, traction power, and onboard control systems.

Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system architecture documentation.

Experience with root cause analysis and reliability improvement techniques like FMEA or 8D.Collaborative mindset with a focus on safety, precision, and continuous learning.
