Capstone Copper is seeking a Senior Metallurgist/Metallurgy Superintendent to lead the Metallurgy department at Pinto Valley Mine in Arizona. You will drive safety, cost control, quality and production KPIs, manage budgeting and staffing, and provide technical direction for mill and SXEW operations.
The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant field, 10+ years in metallurgy, and at least 5 years in a leadership position.
