Event Manager Miami

We're looking for an experienced Event Manager to work on a per-event basis, producing our schedule of prestigious events, ranging from intimate social gatherings to our world-renowned Signature parties. You will be working alongside and supported by our East Coast Community Manager.

• Manage and coordinate Signature parties (up to 75 guests)
• Manage and coordinate Mini Skirt events (up to 50 guests)
• Flexible availability for additional events throughout the year
• Commitment to being present at events under your management
• Source and liaise with performer, speaker and venue to align with agreed theme
• Oversee budget (forecast profits, reconcile finances, process invoices and expenses)
• Organise and liaise with bar staff and hostesses
• Set-up, run, close and clean-up events
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• Managing multiple projects independently
• Experience working within and managing teams
• Confidence in public speaking and hosting
• An understanding of, and alignment with the Skirt Club brand and party etiquette
• Support for personal growth & development goals

The position is for an independent consultant, not a paid member of staff so must hold adequate insurance and licenses.

The role is contracted to each individual event. The fee varies by event and by market size.
