Hype Squad

Unrivaled is a premier professional women’s 3v3 basketball league showcasing the top players in the sport. Our mission is to elevate the profile of women’s basketball through exceptional talent, groundbreaking partnerships, and unparalleled fan experiences.

We’re casting for our 2026 Hype Squad! The Hype Squad are featured at all Unrivaled games in Miami and participate in hyping up the crowd, on-court promotions, in-game entertainment, and fan fest activities.

• Entertain and energize Unrivaled fans!
• Engage with fans during promotions on the court and in the stands.
• Work with other entertainers on special presentations.
• Communicate directly with large groups of fans during pregame Unrivaled Fan Fest and at games.
• Available to work nights and weekends (start time: 2–3 hours before game time) - Game schedule will be provided.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 75% of all home games.

• Ability to work in a high‑pressure environment.
• Enjoy entertaining in a family‑oriented environment.
• Interact with large crowds, small groups, and individuals.
• Be energetic and outgoing.
• Strong personal skills.
• Be prompt, with a flexible schedule.
• Punctual.
• Previous leadership experience in the sports or entertainment industry preferred.
• A live performance background is encouraged.
• Dancing and break‑dancing are a plus!

• Hourly rate is $25/hr USD.
