Location: Miami

Reporting To: Head of Event Production

Responsibilities
  • Manage Stadium Entertainment  board updates
  • Coordinate on tracking and managing Stadium Entertainment Admin production requirements
  • Manage Assigned FA integration
  • Support Stadium Entertainment content tracking plan
  • Support Stadium Entertainment content distribution plan
  • Coordinate communication to stadium team(s) (for assigned stadiums)
  • Coordinate on key Stadium Entertainment protocols and documents
  • Match Protocols
  • Scripting
  • Cuesheets
  • Support on managing Stadium Entertainment suppliers
  • Required documentation
  • Operational and logistics
  • Coordinate communication avenues for INF teams in conjunction with Senior Stadium Entertainment Managers
  • Support the overall Stadium Entertainment operations on-site during tournament time
  • Coordinate Integration with stadiums and EMC's
  • Coordinate schedules across Stadium Entertainment
  • Support with Stadium technical operators staffing
Your Profile

Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or similar level of higher education or equivalency in industry experience.
Work Experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects in large scale sporting events Stadium Entertainment programs and Special Events. (Experience working on FIFA or other International Football tournaments ideal)
  • Strong understanding of latest production technologies and industry best practice.
  • Experience working with Broadcast.
  • Strong experience working with external EMC’s
  • Experience working with Stadiums in Canada/US/Mexico (preferably the FWC
    26 stadiums)
Languages
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus
Technology
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
