Join to apply for the A Team Member role at Miami HEAT. The Mobile Team is seeking team-oriented, enthusiastic, tech-friendly individuals to join our department and help achieve our fan-facing goals. As a member of the A-Team, you will collaborate with our department to assist with: mobile ticketing, the Miami HEAT app, mobile ordering, HEAT Rewards loyalty program, our arena-wide cashless initiative, HEAT Elite VIP reservations, and all other HEAT tech.

You will be required to work all home HEAT games, a select number of concert/live events, and assist in game or event day setup and preparation.

• Serve as highly visible expert with mobile ticketing, including the Miami HEAT and Ticketmaster apps, engaging with fans and troubleshooting any issues
• Answer fan questions and assist with mobile entry & ticketing, mobile ordering and HEAT rewards
• Work closely with the key team members on increasing the Miami HEAT mobile app usage and support of other mobile initiatives across the organization
• Execute marketing, sales and user acquisition campaigns
• Serve in an on-site leadership role at Miami HEAT events
• Help plan, attend, and execute trainings on the HEAT app to internal staff members
• Provide strategic recommendations to enhance the digital fan experience
• Brainstorm and present ideas for increasing fan engagement through events, marketing campaigns, outreach, etc.
• Develop post-event reports that showcase each sponsor’s exposure and prove the fulfillment of key goals
• Support the Mobile team with additional projects, as assigned
