Frame Shift is a Roblox game studio based in Miami. We started in 2024 with a simple goal: make games on Roblox that are actually worth playing. We're a small team — which means the people we bring in have a real say in what we build and how we build it.
About this roleCharacter animations, tools, abilities. We want movement that reads clearly and feels responsive — nothing floaty, nothing stiff. Roblox has its own quirks with the rig system, so experience there helps.
You Will- Produce character and tool animations for in-game use
- Rig and animate using Roblox's character system (R15/custom rigs)
- Ensure animations feel responsive and read clearly at gameplay speed
- Iterate based on feedback from playtest sessions and the design team
- Deliver animation exports ready for direct import into Studio
- Animation reel or examples from past work
- Blender or Maya
- Solid foundation — weight, timing, follow-through
- Roblox animation experience preferred but not required
