Main Stage​/General Session Executive Producer

Our client, a full-service events and experiential marketing agency, is seeking an Executive Producer for the Main Stage and major breakouts to work at a large-scale B2B conference in February 2017. Details include:

• Attendance at pre-production meetings and planning sessions (via teleconference)
• Pre-production planning with event team and all sub-contracted production vendors
• Management of work streams related to Executive Production of Main Stage and major breakouts
• Development of Main stage choreography and run-of-show (ROS) for Event, General Session, and Primary Breakouts
• Liaising with Agency, Client and third-party personnel as needed

This would be approximately 120 hours running from early November to late-January. Expected to be meeting with clients and pre-production planning in November and December, leading into full pre-production in January.

Oversight of work streams and personnel related to Executive Production of Main Stage and major breakouts; including:

• Directing stage managers, video directors, lighting designers, and audio engineers as needed
• Coordination and oversight of rehearsals including scheduling, management and speaker coaching
• Providing input into executive and speaker presentations and talking points
• Executive Production of General Session and Primary Breakout Sessions
• Show calling from control room/backstage
• Working with Agency and Client content team and speakers as needed
• Working with A/V and production team as needed

* Eight days onsite plus two half travel days.

• Event Postmortem meeting with event debriefs
