- Help educators understand and operate effectively within their allocated budgets
- Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
- Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior financial leader in a nonprofit school or educational institution
- Demonstrated leadership capability with willingness to operate at both strategic and hands‑on levels
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts clearly to non‑finance professionals

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong technical expertise in budgeting and financial forecasting; cash flow analysis and management; financial reporting and board‑level presentations; oversight of accounts payable, accounts receivable, controller functions, grants/general ledger accounting, and tuition/collections operations
Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000+ annually
