Finance Manager. As an integral part of their leadership team, the selected candidate will contribute significantly to our timely consolidated financial closings, integrity of information presented and bringing value as a business partner of the CEO and other members of the leadership team. This full‑time position can be virtual or located in downtown Miami, FL or Mt. Prospect, IL.

The Finance Manager plays a pivotal role in our organization. Reporting directly to the CEO with a dotted line to the Finance Director, the selected candidate will actively work on the day‑to‑day financial operations. The Candidate’s contributions will directly impact our capacity‑building efforts, and his/her expertise will ensure our accounts reconciliation and the timely completion of our end‑of‑month financial closures.

• Work on the annual financial planning process, administering and monitoring all financial plans, investments, and budgets, based on the directives and guidelines.
• Oversee the Solutions accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable, while actively participating on month closing.
• Assist with external accounting audit and preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Update and implement necessary business policies and accounting practices, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
• Participate in the preparation of the company's financial performance, with the support of other finance employees.
• Ensure the provision of financial reports for shareholders, individual projects, and programs. Integrate relevant operational reporting into a comprehensive performance monitoring program.
• Uphold internal controls by overseeing and implementing financial operating policies and procedures, ensuring the integrity of our financial information.

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and collaborate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
• Demonstrated maturity and proactivity, with evidence of successful team collaboration and partnership with leadership teams; ability to work in a matrix organization structure.
• Proven excellence in managing finance, accounting, budgeting, control, and reporting.
• A flexible work approach, ready to contribute both strategically and practically to day‑to‑day financial tasks.
• Ability to translate complex financial concepts to colleagues from different backgrounds and disciplines - Strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency in examining, developing, re‑engineering, and recommending financial and technology policies and procedures.

• Hands on and flexibility to work on a decentralized and remote organization.

Computer/software:
Minimum:
Experience 2 to 5 years supervisory skills, proficiency with Excel and knowledge on Protas/Procon is a plus. ERP experience 2 to 5 years. Travel industry preferred experience 2 to 5 years
