Overview
Job Title: Senior Accountant – Multi-Entity Consolidations
Location: Downtown Miami, FL
Compensation: $90,000–$105,000 Base + Bonus
A rapidly growing multi-entity organization is seeking a Senior Accountant to support core accounting operations, financial reporting, and multi-entity consolidation processes. This role provides hands-on ownership across multiple accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the complete accounting cycle: GL, AP, AR, payroll, intercompany activity, and multi-entity consolidations
- Own P&L outcomes across business units—budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly/quarterly reporting
- Lead month-end and year-end close processes; manage audit support and external financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP
- Develop, implement, and strengthen internal controls and compliance frameworks
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, financial modeling, cost controls, and KPI reporting
- Administer tax filings, intercompany accounting, and cash flow management
- Identify and drive systems improvement initiatives, including reporting enhancements and process automation
- Support cross-entity coordination and communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;
CPA preferred - 3–5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including multi-entity consolidation and P&L management
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP, internal controls, audit readiness, and compliance frameworks
- Advanced Excel proficiency; ERP experience (Sage Intacct preferred)
- Strong analytical skills: forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, scenario modeling
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to leadership and non-finance teams
- Ability to travel 10% to support oversight across legal entities
