Location: Miami, FL

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Principal will manage the full scope of finance-related activity including financial planning, reporting, risk management, and fund taxation. The role ensures compliance with SEC requirements and supports fundraising, investor relations, and other key activities.

• Manage the finance and accounting function for the firm, including tax, treasury, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with relevant SEC and governmental regulations.
• Proactively manage internal and external risks.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and comprehensive financial reports, including fund accounting results to investors and senior leadership.
• Lead administrative programs such as IT, HR, purchasing, and insurance.
• Support senior executive team with fundraising, investor relations, and other key activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of audit experience at a Big 4 firm within the financial services segment or engagement focus on registered investment advisors.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Miami, FL (or already based there).

• MBA or Master’s degree.
• CPA license.
• Compliance experience with SEC-registered private equity firms.
