We’re looking for a high‑energy, growth‑minded VP,
Wealth Consultant who thrives on relationship building and driving business. In this role, you’ll own revenue generation in your territory—developing and converting relationships from referral partners into long‑term clients. You’ll be on the front lines: pitching, presenting, and partnering with internal advisors and investment teams to deliver seamless, standout client experiences—from referral to onboarding.
- You’ll be a major growth engine in your territory—your work directly drives revenue and shapes client relationships.
- With access to cutting‑edge investment solutions, global research, and a top‑tier client service platform, you’ll bring powerful tools to the table.
- Work with respected custodial partners, expand your professional network, and help individuals and institutions reach their financial goals.
- Partner with top‑tier Wealth Advisors and investment experts in a highly collaborative and intellectually rich environment.
- This role is built for someone with ambition. It offers the visibility, support, and opportunity to advance your career in wealth management.
- Own all client development activity in your region. Build and execute annual business plans that deliver results.
- Leverage custodial referral programs to generate and close new business.
- Travel regionally to host meetings, pitch solutions, and present to referral partner teams and prospects.
- Deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate the firm’s value, performance, and commitment to client service.
- Become a go‑to resource for custodial reps, centers of influence, and internal wealth advisors.
- Go beyond referral programs by cultivating local connections and community leads.
- Proven success in business development and client acquisition—preferably in wealth management or financial services.
- Series 65 and CFP or CFA designations required.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross‑functionally.
- High‑energy, driven and focused on growth.
- Deep ties to or residence in Chicago strongly preferred.
