Controller, Finance & Banking, Financial Manager

We are partnering with a fast-growing, Miami-based organization to identify a high-impact Controller who is ready to play a pivotal role in the company’s next stage of growth.

This is a true leadership opportunity with direct exposure to ownership and executive leadership. The Controller will help shape financial strategy, build scalable infrastructure, and drive operational excellence in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

• Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
• Partner closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives, financial planning, and performance optimization
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning activities
• Manage external audits and ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Lead, mentor, and develop a growing accounting team
• Deliver financial insights and recommendations that support executive decision-making

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
• 6–15 years of progressive accounting experience with demonstrated career growth
• Strong ERP system experience (Net Suite experience is a plus)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to work on-site in Miami, Monday through Friday
