Advisor Position

Our Miami office in Florida is looking for a Financial Advisor working as part of an advisory team to help clients achieve their financial goals and provide client service that exceeds expectations. The role supports senior advisors with complex client management and participates in company objectives for customer service quality, client retention and sales growth.

Compensation

The expected pay range for this Financial Advisor position is $79,000 to $127,000 annually. This range includes a base salary and may receive variable compensation. Actual compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, credentials, education, professional experience, tenure, cost‑of‑living and market demand.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and assist senior advisors with complex client management per WEG planning standards
  • Facilitate the financial planning process, discover client values, goals and objectives, understand their current financial situation and engage them in planning
  • Prepare and conduct annual reviews, including planning and investment topics
  • Proactively follow up with clients who have not implemented plans, close leads from WEG channels (Marketing, CRP, etc.), create opportunities within your network and drive referrals from existing clients
  • Assist the Financial Advisor during client meetings and with follow‑up, take notes, enter into CRM promptly, present financial advice or plans and obtain additional information as needed
  • Analyze client investments and insurance policies, place trades and perform account management
  • Participate in Wealth Enhancement Group trainings, educational events, coaching programs and maintain proficiency in advisor/client‑facing technology
  • Adhere to the Wealth Enhancement Group’s Corporate Communication Strategy and maintain good compliance standing
Qualifications
  • Requires a 4‑year degree; business, finance or economics preferred
  • Advanced designation required (CFP, CPA, MBA, etc.)
  • Series 7 and 66 (BD/RIA) licenses required;
    Series 65 (RIA only) optional;
    Insurance licenses acceptable
  • 4+ years of experience within the wealth management industry
  • Ability to source and convert prospects to clients and provide high‑level planning‑oriented service
  • Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills (oral & written)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Engagement in WEG, the broader community and active participation in the financial planning community
