Vice President of Finance

We’re partnering with one of Florida’s Best Places to Work, a fast-growing Fin Tech company in Miami known for its innovative culture and people-first values, to hire a hands-on, driven Vice President of Finance.

This is a growth-oriented leadership role for a finance professional who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, command the details, and help scale the business toward its next major milestone — a $1B valuation.

CFO track within 12–18 months

Up to $250K base salary bonus

On-site | Miami, FL | Monday–Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the company’s financial strategy to drive 10x growth and long-term value creation.

• Command the details – lead FP&A, forecasting, treasury, and reporting while building scalable systems and controls.

• Roll up your sleeves to take on projects with no roadmap – creating solutions, structures, and processes from scratch.

• Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to translate financial insights into actionable strategy.

• Optimize liquidity and capital allocation, ensuring disciplined growth and sound risk management.

• Implement automation and scalable tools that improve efficiency, visibility, and accuracy across the organization.

• Engage with investors, lenders, and auditors, representing the company’s financial discipline and growth story.

• Build and mentor a lean, high-performing finance team ready to grow alongside the business.

About You

• You’re a hands-on finance leader who thrives in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

• You have 10–15 years of finance experience, ideally in Fin Tech or financial services.

• You’re a builder – someone who can operate in the weeds and at the strategic level with equal excellence.

• You’re driven, entrepreneurial, and resourceful, with the grit to take a company from startup to scale.

• You have deep experience in treasury, FP&A, and strategic finance, with a track record of driving growth and profitability.

• CPA or CFA strongly preferred.

• Must be based in Miami and available on-site, Monday through Friday.
