We are seeking a Client Services Associate to support a wealth management team with client service, account administration, custodian support, and operational excellence. This role is highly client-facing and requires strong communication, attention to detail, and technology comfort.
ResponsibilitiesClient inquiries, account servicing, document management, CRM updates, compliance assistance, custodian coordination, scheduling, reporting, and workflow improvements.
Requirements- 2+ years of experience in Financial Services
- Onsite role — based in Miami, FL
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Familiarity with financial products such as IRAs, Roths, 401(k) s, trusts, and rollovers
- Experience with CRMs and financial planning tools preferred
- Strong attention to detail and task management
