Role:

The Financial Advisor at Guerra Wealth Advisors is a client‑facing strategist and trusted partner, helping clients navigate their financial journeys. You will develop tailored financial plans, manage portfolios, and implement tax‑efficient strategies while cultivating meaningful relationships. This role is perfect for experienced financial professionals who thrive in a consultative, client‑focused environment and want to make a measurable impact on both clients and the firm.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to understand client goals, risk tolerance, and financial situations.
  • Develop personalized financial plans covering investment, retirement, tax, estate, and legacy strategies.
  • Monitor and adjust investment portfolios to align with market conditions and client objectives.
  • Implement tax‑efficient strategies and coordinate with tax professionals when needed.
  • Communicate complex financial concepts clearly, fostering trust and understanding.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to update, educate, and address concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client relationships.
  • Stay informed on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and tax law changes.
  • Pursue ongoing education to deepen financial planning knowledge and maintain professional certifications.
  • Collaborate closely with the lead generation and administrative teams to ensure seamless client experience.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in financial advising or related client‑facing roles.
  • Preferred licenses: SIE, 2‑15, Series 65; additional certifications/licenses (CFP, CFA, Series 66, Series 7, 2‑14) are a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products, investment vehicles, and market trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and eager to grow professionally.
  • Tech‑savvy and comfortable learning new systems, software, and processes.
  • Team‑oriented with a client‑first mindset and high ethical standards.

Schedule:

Full‑time role based in Miami, FL (office and client meeting locations).

Standard weekday schedule with flexibility for client meetings and occasional evening or weekend appointments.

Compensation:
  • $120,000–$250,000 Annually (Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Performance Bonuses)
  • Base salary plus uncapped commission and performance incentives
