The candidate will be an important member of the firm’s underwriting team with a focus on underwriting, financial modeling, legal documentation, client communication, and due diligence.
The Analyst will support the investment closing and underwriting process, including building financial models, creating investment memoranda, conducting regulatory and market research, and reviewing investment due diligence materials.
The ideal candidate will be a high‑integrity, self‑driven, resourceful individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Required Skills- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
- 1‑3 years of experience in underwriting and closing real‑estate transactions, preferably in the healthcare space
- High proficiency of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Self‑starter with the ability to work in a small team environment, excellent attention to detail, and highly motivated to take on increasing levels of responsibility
