Capital Banker
Responsible for providing client coverage to institutional capital clients (private equity and family office), to include driving revenue growth from payments, lending, and fees. Focus is on Mid to Small Cap sized institutional capital and coverage will be aligned by geographic location of client. Effective bankers have expertise in strategic idea generation around add-ons and are fluent in product areas such as payments, leveraged lending, and M&A.
Expertise in maximizing client engagement and delivering Truist's full suite of products and capabilities to portfolio companies is key. Additional responsibilities on internal client management duties as specified by manager and team. Locations:
New York, Atlanta, Charlotte, & Miami
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for maximizing total product revenue and growth for clients within portfolio and sector and increase quality of revenue based on opportunity.Responsible for loan generation and growing exposure year-over-year for portfolio and clients in sectorResponsible for gaining understanding of client s strategy, financial objectives, risk tolerance and desired outcomes / metrics of successResponsible for developing strategic client plan to address client s strategic and financial objectives leveraging the expertise and solutions offered across our platformResponsible for winning Capital Markets and Banking solutions or other advisory services that align with client s strategic and financial objectives based on banker's knowledge of sector and clientResponsible for engaging and facilitating introductions to the appropriate product teammates across Truist to discuss specific solutions as relevant and appropriate to clients needs and our ability to be relevant in meeting thoseResponsible for ensuring there is a reasonably attainable strategy for delivering appropriate return metrics on capital deployment.Additional responsibilities on internal client management duties as specified by manager and teamRequired Qualifications
BA/BS degreeLicenses:
Series 7 or 79, 63 and 24 for managers only16-18 years of related work experienceExperience in leading the execution of an extensive variety of client transactions covering the full advisory and capital raising spectrumAdvanced knowledge of industry, market, and productsProven ability to develop, nurture and monetize "trusted advisor" client relationships with senior executivesAdvanced analytical and technical skills combined with a problem solving attitudeExcellent interpersonal style, good listening skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and conciselyStrong partnering and leadership skills in a complex, matrixed environmentPreferred Qualifications
MBA degree, with a Finance focus14+ years of related work experienceThe annual salary for this position is $
