Summary:
This senior leadership position will oversee an organization's BSA/AML and OFAC compliance program, including transaction monitoring, Suspicious Activity Reporting, risk assessments, EDD/KYC reviews, high-risk accounts, regulatory compliance, employee training, and compliance program maintenance. The role will also provide leadership to compliance teams, ensure adherence to BSA/AML and OFAC requirements, and keep senior management informed of regulatory developments and compliance matters.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree with additional training in bank compliance
* 6-10 years of directly related BSA/AML and OFAC experience
* Strong BSA/AML and sanctions compliance expertise
* Transaction monitoring and SAR experience
* EDD/KYC and high-risk account review experience
* BSA/AML/OFAC risk assessment experience
* Strong knowledge of general banking operations, policies, and procedures
* Leadership/team management experience
