Citizens is seeking an SBA Sales Specialist to provide training and subject‑matter expertise on SBA programs. You will support Relationship Managers with processing SBA 7(a) and 504 loans to keep the process efficient and the customer experience positive, and you will directly engage third‑party groups to develop credit‑enhanced loan leads.
The role requires at least five years of direct SBA lending experience, deep knowledge of SBA SOP, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
