Elliman Capital is the mortgage lending arm associated with Douglas Elliman, one of the most recognized names in residential real estate. As a division of Associated Mortgage Bankers, Inc., we lend across the country. Our largest concentrations are in markets such as New York, Florida, California, and Texas.
We are adding a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor to our Miami operations team. This role is for an experienced processor who can take a file from submission to clear to close with minimal oversight. You will keep Loan Officers and borrowers informed at every stage and catch problems long before they reach underwriting or the closing table.
Many of our clients come to us through real estate relationships. That means purchase contracts, firm closing dates, and borrowers whose financial profiles are not always straightforward. The processors who do well here read a file carefully, ask the right questions early, and take ownership of getting it closed.
You will work in person alongside Loan Officers, underwriting, closing, and leadership. Questions get answered quickly, and good ideas about how files should move through the process reach the people who can put them into practice.
What Makes This Role Different:Purchase Transactions With Real Deadlines
Through our connection to Douglas Elliman, a meaningful share of our work involves purchase transactions and clients referred by real estate professionals. You will coordinate with agents and attorneys as well as borrowers, and your work directly affects whether a closing date holds.
Files That Call for JudgmentExpect sophisticated borrowers, high-value properties, and a product mix that can include jumbo and Non-QM financing, self-employed income, and condominium purchases. The work suits someone who wants to keep sharpening their skills rather than process the same file over and over.
A Voice in How the Work Gets DoneAs our operations grow, experienced processors have a real opportunity to help refine checklists, workflows, and how we use Encompass. Your input reaches leadership directly rather than getting lost in layers of management.
Compensation That Reflects Your PipelineIn addition to a competitive base salary, processors are eligible for tiered per-file bonuses. The effort you put into moving files to the closing table is recognized directly in your pay.
