We are seeking a Director of Investments Strategy to join our expanding team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage our investment portfolio, ensuring our financial growth and stability.

• Developing and implementing financial strategies to optimize our company's liquidity and mitigate financial risk
• Experience with larger dollar amounts (both investing and capital raise). The person we hire will be responsible for billions of dollars on both investing and capital raise.
• Deep treasury investment and cash management experience, including managing substantial cash balances, developing investment policies, balance sheet management, liquidity planning, and risk management
• Experience managing cash volumes that are materially larger than mid-market businesses
• Strong executive presence with the ability to present to senior leadership, the CFO, and the Board of Directors, effectively communicating investment strategies, cash management, and risk decisions
• Experience working in a high-growth, dynamic organization where cash flow activity is significant and evolving
• Proven ability to build processes and a treasury function
• Able to operate in a lean organization, roll up their sleeves, and take ownership without relying on large teams

• 10-15 years of progressive Treasury/Finance experience with a strong balance of technical expertise and ambition
• Demonstrated track record of being a high performer who consistently delivers results and can  out-punt their coverage
• Strong strategic thinking combined with operational execution; capable of making decisions and implementing them
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field; MBA is a plus but not required
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build credibility quickly across finance leadership and cross-functional teams
