Corient is seeking an experienced Valuations Manager to lead purchase price accounting, valuations, and earn-out matters within the Finance team. The role requires strong IFRS 3/ASC 805 knowledge and collaboration with M&A, Legal, FP&A, and auditors to support acquisition strategy.
The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years in accounting/valuation, be detail-oriented, and comfortable working with external specialists to ensure accurate financial reporting and disclosure.
