Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure the organization's financial stability and growth
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop strategic recommendations to address them
- Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement financial plans and projects that align with the organization's strategic goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, administrators, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce expenses
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in healthcare finance

- Experience with financial planning and budgeting software (e.g. Excel, budgeting software)
