Responsibilities
- Provide a range of esthetic services, which may include facials, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.
- Conduct skin assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring a positive experience.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming environment, and verify that staff follow proper sanitation and PPE practices.
- Keep up with industry trends, new techniques, and best practices.
- Train new hires and mentor junior estheticians on treatments, protocols, and customer service.
- Help define service offerings.
- Active Florida estheticians license.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience.
- Able to bring clientele.
- Self-starter willing to go above and beyond for the success of a business.
- Client forward and delivers an exceptional level of professionalism.
