Position Summary:

Provide all Salon services to every Spa Client.

• Provide Spa services to guests in a timely, courteous and efficient manner in accordance with Biltmore Standards and Protocols as well as Leading Hotel Standards.
• Escort clients to and from treatment rooms, attending to any immediate needs during the Spa visit.
• Assist in providing information to inquiries and help coordinate guest requests for services.
• Promote and sell Spa retail products.
• Attend all trainings and meetings offered by the Spa.
• Support other spa departments to assure guest satisfaction.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma required
• Experience:
  
  Minimum two years’ experience in a similar position in the Spa industry
• Must have knowledge of hair treatments and products, general modalities and Spa products

• Speak, read, write and understand English; accurate mathematical calculations
• Provide legible communication and directions; attention to detail, speed and accuracy
• Prioritize and organize; think clearly and resolve problems with sound judgment
• Follow directions thoroughly; understand guest service needs
• Work cohesively with coworkers; work with minimal supervision
• Maintain guest confidentiality and resort data; basic typing and computer skills
• Adapt to a dynamic environment; multitask effectively

• Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects; stand/sit/walk for extended periods
• Reach, bend, twist, stoop; use office equipment with finger dexterity
• Communicate effectively with guests and staff; endure moderate hotel temperatures

• Must have a valid Florida State Full Specialist or Cosmetology license
