• 2+ years of experience in staff management, recruitment, training and onboarding stylists
• Able to stay calm, cool and collected with guests and staff
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills; proactive and collaborative
• Strong technical skills; quick learner of new software applications and experience using a Mac
• Experience creating staff schedules, managing inventory and retail merchandising
• Ability to work with the marketing team on various tasks and initiatives
• Maintain a clean, professional work environment in a salon

• An up-to-date cosmetology license for the state
• The ability to work weekends (Fridays and Saturdays) and be flexible with your schedule, including peak hours (typically Thursday through Saturday)
• A passion for the hair and beauty industry and making people feel better
• Salon experience is an asset

• The Bar Manager (aka Bar Boss) is responsible for the day-to-day operations and vibe in-bar. Your high energy and passion should be contagious.
• Be the life of the party while staying responsible
• Oversee a team of staff, manage scheduling, social media, inventory management and the overall guest experience
• Set in-bar goals and sales targets and help the team achieve them
• Motivate the bar team to reach and exceed goals
• Maximize productivity to ensure the team performs at its best each day
• Hire, manage, support and retain an amazing team
• Keep the team on schedule, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a superior guest experience
• Be a brand ambassador for Blo and embody the "Blo Hearts You" motto
• Maintain a professional, clean, fun and respectful work environment
• Participate in routine up-training and skill advancement

Compensation: $14.50 per hour
