• Perform professional barbering and hairstyling services, including haircuts, trims, shaves, and grooming for diverse client needs.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired looks and provide personalized recommendations.
• Deliver high-quality hair care treatments and styling to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring repeat business and positive referrals.
• Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and products within the hair industry to offer innovative styling options.
• Assist in maintaining a welcoming salon environment that promotes professionalism and client comfort.

• Valid cosmetology license with specialization in barbering preferred.
• Proven experience as a Master Barber or Stylist with a strong portfolio of work.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with clients.
• Proficiency in barbering techniques, hair styling, and hair care treatments.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
