Job Description

School of ABA LLC is a leading provider of behavior analysis services, committed to promoting the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities. We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, implement evidence-based practices, and positively impact the lives of the individuals we serve.

Responsibilities
  • Implement behavior support plans and interventions developed by the BCBA or supervisor.
  • Utilize person‑centered approaches and evidence‑based strategies to teach and reinforce essential life skills.
  • Collect accurate data on target behaviors and skill acquisition to facilitate data‑based decision making.
  • Collaborate with the BCBA or supervisor to develop and modify behavior support plans as needed.
  • Provide support and guidance to individuals and their families, promoting a collaborative and empowering environment.
  • Maintain comprehensive and organized documentation of services provided.
Qualifications
  • Hold a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or related populations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trusting relationships.
  • Commitment to maintaining ethical standards and ensuring the well‑being of individuals served.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, valuing open communication and mutual support.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to clients' homes, schools, or community settings.
