Licensed Massage Therapist – Aventura

Equinox is seeking a results‑driven Licensed Massage Therapist to serve our Aventura club community. Join us to help people maximize their potential with a multimodal approach to manual therapy and movement science.

As a licensed massage therapist at Equinox, you’ll provide deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages of 25, 50, 80, and 110 minutes in a professional setting. You’ll analyze client needs, create programmatic treatment plans, and maintain a clean, compliant environment. Your role is part of a forward‑thinking, educational community that values high performance living.

• Perform 25, 50, 80, and 110‑minute deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages.
• Analyze client needs and develop programmatic treatment plans.
• Clean treatment room after each session and at the end of each shift.
• Maintain compliance with state regulatory boards, invoicing, and SOAP notes.
• Generate new business and retain clients by providing treatment programs.
• Collaborate with staff and communicate effectively with members.

• Valid Florida license or certification.
• Evening and weekend availability (part‑time or full‑time).
• Strong understanding of anatomy and movement for soft‑tissue manipulation.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Positive energy and willingness to learn.
• Computer literate.
• Ethical and professional conduct.
