Seeking a PTA, Physical Therapist Assistant, Physical Therapy Assistant to cover therapy services in a Hialeah Gardens, FL assisted living community:

$60 per treatment

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Implementing selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner
• Providing skilled intervention to improve patient functional independence
• Communicating with families, physicians, and other health care team members
• Keeping timely, thorough documentation of services in the medical record

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with an Associates in Physical Therapy.
• Education and/or
  
  Experience:
  
  Two years (preferred) of clinical experience in respective fields of study.
• Actively Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant

Compensation: $60/tx
