Position: Part‑Time Veterinary Receptionist

The Veterinary Receptionist is responsible for maintaining front‑of‑house duties. Tasks vary by day and may include answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting clients, maintaining required hospital paperwork, and reviewing invoices or discharge instructions. Clear communication and organizational skills are essential.

• Willing to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Can work individually and as part of a team.
• Self‑starter, able to complete daily tasks without constant direction.

• Prior customer service experience.
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• This position requires regular on‑site presence as an essential function of the role. In‑person attendance is necessary to support patient care, respond to time‑sensitive needs, collaborate with clinical teams, and maintain safety and well‑being of patients, clients, and staff.
