Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients in an Assisted Living Community.
- Communicate with families, physicians, and other health care professionals.
- Maintain daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR.
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Occupational Therapy.
- New graduate applicants welcome; experienced therapists also encouraged.
- Actively licensed as a VA Occupational Therapist.
Job Type: PRN
Compensation: $100/eval / $14 per unit. Hospice visit rates: $120/eval and $20 per unit (capped at 4 units).
